The Law Items We Sell As of the 6th June 2004 the goverment have banned the sale of telescopic straight battons, tonfa and night sticks etc. If you currently own one of these items then you will need to keep them at home and not carry them in public places under any circumstances. it is ok to own these items but you can't buy or sell them anymore. you do not need a licence to purchase or own any of the guns (Co2 or otherwise) we sell in the store. you do however need to be at least seventeen years old. again these items should never be carried in a public place unless locked in a secure case.
