have just received my order, 1 day after ordering it, which is some of the best service i have ever had from an internet / mail order system! Great work. My only criticism of your site is the lack of handcuffs on offer. In particular i am looking for Hiatt folding rigid cuffs. Other sites offer them from as little as £39.99 but they lack the level of service you provide. Just a thought.

The driver delivered my parcel to me 30 minutes ago !
Yes, he (inexplicably) delivered it to the Close that is
adjacent to mine ? (why, I ask myself ?) !! - The two
Closes are directly opposite each other. Mine is clearly
signposted, and the other has a (admittedly) slightly
obscured street sign that he obviously didn't see anyway.
I am very pleased with pistol. It should certainly give
me a lot of enjoyment.
Thank you SO much for your correspondence and
calls, we got there in the end. I shall be in touch again
further down the light for cleaning kit and bits and
bobs. After this, I'm sure you'll remember the name of
PICKERING !

Thanks for writing back so quickly, I think that your site has great customer services! I'm sorry to be so repetitive, but I still don't quite get what blank guns do. Do they actually fire anything from the front of the gun? I am just asking this because I have seen things on TV where they are practising with guns that they call blanks or "wet slugs" and the people that they are training with recoil as if they have been hit by a 1 joule bb. Also, do you have any idea where I can get a gas bb gun that fires a bb at 1 joule at below £100 or even under £75? Another thing is, do you have any M92-F berretas that fire at 0.5 or 0.3 joules for under £30 or £20?
Finally, do you have any recomended 0.3 to 0.7 joule manual assault rifles/shotguns/sniper rifles for up to £70.

Just a quick note to say thank you for the handling and speedy delivery of my recent order.
I ordered my air pistol around 10.30pm on Friday evening on line and received the goods on Monday morning, really rare service indeed.
The order is exactly as requested and despite just being dumped on my door step all day by rather slack Parcel Force (without a signature), I was pleased to find it still intact upon my return from work.
